Are all products safe to download?
Yes. Every product is manually verified before publishing. We provide original GPL files that are regularly scanned to help ensure secure and malware-free downloads.
Can I use GPL products on client websites?
Yes. GPL products can generally be used on unlimited personal and client websites, making them ideal for developers, freelancers and agencies.
How often are new products added?
We add new WordPress plugins, themes, templates and updates regularly, so members always have access to the latest releases.
What's included in a membership?
Membership gives you access to thousands of premium WordPress products, daily updates, instant downloads, secure files and access to newly added products throughout your membership period.
Do I receive product updates?
Yes. We regularly update products whenever new versions are released by the original developers, so you can keep your websites up to date.
Do you provide support?
Yes. Our team provides standard support for downloads, membership access and product-related questions. Some premium products may require purchasing an original license for developer-provided premium support.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your membership whenever you like. Your benefits remain active until your current billing period ends.
What payment methods do you provide?
We offer multiple payment methods for the convenience of our valued customers. You can choose any suitable option, including PayPal, Phonepe (which accepts, UPI, NetBanking, Visa, MasterCard, debit and credit cards, and American Express).
Are there any restrictions on downloading products from your website?
Yes, the download restrictions vary depending on the membership plan you have selected. For instance, customers with a Monthly Silver Membership plan can download up to 17 products per day upto 510 Products, while those with a Monthly VIP Gold Membership plan can download up to 50 products per day upto 1500 Products and with a Yearly VIP Premium Membership plan can download up to 50 products per day upto unlimited Products. Please note that downloads are permitted only for ongoing projects and not for building a database or redistributing the products. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I keep the plugins and themes after my Membership ends?
Sure. Under the GPL license, you’re free to keep them if you want. The only thing to be aware of is that you will need an active subscription with us if you want to access any future updates.
